Khan just talking, as usual. Cotto would walk right through Khan. The fight wouldn't even be competitive.

 

The only power puncher Khan should go near is D.Garcia....

 

Khan is just doing what he always does. Drops a whole load of names and then claims that they didn't want to fight when he picks another non puncher.

He mentioned Bradleys name in that new interview which make no sense as he turned down the Bradley fight just a few weeks ago.

Ummm no, And the fact that his skillset is so much higher than Khan's, it would be foolhardy for Amir to even take that fight. Cotto is one of the protype guys that would be the biggest nightmare Khan could fight. A boxer puncher with a higher skillset, with quick and heavy hands that applies educated pressure. Khan would completely mentally unravel.

 

This fight should happen. Khan can UD Cotto, then rematch DSG at 145lbs for 160lb titles and get KTFO again.

Then we can have Cherry Garcia parading around on PBC rematching Salka with the middleweight titles, and the "usual suspects" on this forum who are currently defending Cotto can prattle on about how Garcia beat Matty in a war and has a good resume at 140lbs and thus deserves now to fight whomever he wants at whatever weight he wants for MW titles because fighting a real 160lber might deny him bigger money fights if he loses.

Admit it, it would be just golden to watch play out.

Damn, Cotto lands one clean punch and Amir going to sleep.

 

Higher skillset...Khan is a Sliver medalist. Cotto skills are average.

Khan will be doing great for the first 5 minutes, fighting with furious pace and lightning speed having Cotto dipping and then resetting and unable to get off punches, and everyone will be thinking, "wtf, are we about to have Amir Khan as the Middleweight King?!?"

Then Khan would hit the stamina wall he usually does after two rounds and slow down when Cotto would land a hook that hurt him hard and dropped him. Khan would come out for the third round and Cotto would be playing seek and destroy and close the show that round.
