    Who were some big men who could rough you up on the inside? I know Bowe was one, but who else?

    I don't think so. Tyson wasn't that good on the inside. He was more of a mid-range fighter. Look at what happened when he got clinched.

    Tyson may not have been the best inside fighter, but, his bodyshot-uppercut combination on the inside was devastatingly effective.

    Rid**** Bowe was pretty good on the inside. (especially for such a huge guy)

    The destruction Joe Louis could cause with almost no space was a thing of beauty.

    Lennox Lewis could do some damage on the inside. He was not a primarily inside fighter,but he used to be great at sneaking in hard uppercuts and rib shots during the clinch.

    The obvious answer is James Toney. While his heavyweight career was not amazing, he's still James Toney and James Toney can fight inside like no ones business.
