Just listening to talksport and AJ was saying how he thinks a fight with Haye would be bigger than a fury fight! I remember seeing quite a few IFilm interviews with him talking about his return? Not heard anything for a while was just wondering if anyone had! And if he did get back to his best how do people see a fight with AJ going ?

After the Fury fiasco he needs to stay retired as it will take an awful lot of belief from the public to get them back on his side.

He had such a huge opportunity to become a real star in this country if he faced Fury when he did the celeb jungle programme, but he squandered it.

    its over...

After all the pull outs he isn't coming back. Seems to spend more time on the beach advertising teeth whitening products. A potentially great Cruiserweight who fought 3 decent fighter at heavyweight.. I don't think many will remember him in a few years which is sad with the talent and power he had

I think Haye was looking around waiting for a gap to appear, then him to mouth off and get a free shot at a world title without having to fight anybody that dangerous.

    The gap didn't appear.

Haye will not return in my opinion.

He only fought 1 good fighter at heavyweight and that was klitschko

Valuev was already suffering from the onset of arthritis and Chisora was decent

So he fought 2 decent fighters not 3 and he looked rubbish in both those fights except for the conclusion of the Chisora fight

Haye would expose Joshua with ease, his speed and power is on another level to the farmers who Joshua has been up against.

I'd have loved to have seen the fury fight haye would've won comfortably in my opinion, think fury is a knock out waiting to happen

Eddie would have to lick a lot of windows and smoke a lot of crayons to entertain the idea of putting AJ in with Haye anytime soon.... Haye would smoke his boots, far too early.

Reckon Haye's shoulder must've been an issue, talked up a come back and then went quiet.
