    This is true. I feel bad for Floyd. He had a chance to be one of the greats. Who knows how much greatness he could have reached. No prime fighters at their best on his resume.

    I have no problem with Manny winning the FOTD award for the 2000's. FLoyd essentially took himself out of the running by taking 21 months off from the sport (between 2007-2009) before he came back and took on Marquez. Than he stayed inactive until 2010.

    I do believe that Floyd would've won that award had he stayed active after the Hatton fight in 2007. It was his award to lose IMO.
