    Not to be too physics geek technical.....but confusing power and force, plus confusing speed and acceleration is quite common. Newton's second law of motion applies to what you're talking about, F=ma.....however, the incorporation of kinetic energy into the equation, and moreso, the ability to effectively transfer that kinetic energy makes the whole thing a little more complex than just power equals strength plus speed.

    Earnie Shavers and George Foreman are the two hardest puncher of all time. Ali said Shavers hit him the hardest. Shavers is the hardest puncher of all time with Foreman behind.

    speed and power are two different things however, they create the same out come that being the IMPACT,,,

    therefore claiming speed is not power is denying that speed creates power upon impact using force just as slow big George creates force upon impact using raw power.

    thus don't ever say a guy has no power but is all speed if the guy with speed is knocking other guys out like Tyson did, his end result was he was one of the hardest punches of all time no question.
