Cotto vs Geale who wins?

cotto probably but i would rather see geale win .

 

If Geale is unharmed by the 3 pounds, Cotto has zero chance. Geale was clear-eyed even when he got stopped by GGG, he can take a punch. Cotto has nothing for him unless his brain is rattling around inside a dry skull and his muscles get insane acid build up due to dehydration.

There is no way Geale beats Cotto at 157

His only small chance is if he doesn't abide by 157 and comes in at 159 or so. Geale hasn't been 157 since 2007 I believe.

I expect Cotto's left hook to body and head to be the difference by round 6-8

 

I really hope that Geale wins this bout and takes the title. I believe he can, and I'm leaning to a close, split decision for the Aussie. This may be wishful thinking, but I really am hoping for the upset.

I truely hope Geale wins it and brings the belt back to the Middleweight division.

 

I'm picking Geale by KO on the assumption that Martinez couldn't stand up and Geale got blown away because GGG is just that good. However, it may be that Geale is damaged goods like Martinez and Cotto could still get lucky. Otherwise, I don't take Cotto seriously at this weightclass or stage of his career.

Geale's volume punching would get him a decision from most judges out there, as his decent MW level chin would stand up to Cotto's punches.

Too much money in "Cotto-Canelo for the lineal MW title" for this to be won by Geale.
