I wonder if these guys with two deaths on their hands fought much longer after those second deaths on theirs hands. You gotta imagine it would be really hard to continue boxing after knowing you were responsible for two deaths. Hence why there is probably not a guy with three deaths or more on their hands.

Most guys seem to stop hitting as hard after just 1 death ray robinson admitted to going easy on his opponents after he caused a ring fatality

The only guy it has never seemed to bother is kovalev

Perhaps we will see him get to 3 ring fatalities 1 day

i see you are still at it trollboy , every single post or thread you make is to cause a reaction , if you really wanted to know the answer to this why not just do a google search . secondly if you really wanted to talk about this genuinely you would have worded your thread title a hell of a lot better .

its a disgrace you are allowed to even carry on posting on this forum , if anyone deserves to be banned for life its you !!

It's not really "killing" when the purpose is not murder. There are multiple factors that contribute to the outcome. There's a reason why we don't have fights more than 12 rounds now. Referees interfere much faster now when a boxer cannot defend himself, it wasn't the case before where a knock out was necessary or expected. Gerald McClellan stuation could easily be avoided with a decent referee - it would be called an "early British stoppage" but it'd save a life, or Ali should have never been allowed to fight Holmes, he could have died in there and it wouldn't be "Holmes killing Ali".

Kovalev is doing the right thing by continuing to hit hard in my opinion. He has the power to get guys out of there which saves the accumulation of shots which is by far the most dangerous situation for fighters. Robinson was also correct as he typically beat his opponents on accumulation, so for him to go lighter probably saved himself from creating another death. Landing medium high power type shots at an average rhythm are the worse thing that can happen to a fighter.
