I agree with most of it although I am guilty of thinking Geale's size might have carried him through to the end but I suppose I underestimated how much of a lack of heart Geale has. Quitting like that is appalling; he recovered from the first punch and could quite easily have carried on. He could have taken a knee after the onslaught, taken an 8 count and carried on but he CHOSE to quit. Laughable heart, laughable chin, won't be watching him again.

Canelo vs Cotto won't be competitive.

 

I think Geale should do himself and Australia a favour, hang up the gloves, and take up carpet bowling. At least he might hit something or knock something out of its place......
I am not a fan of his, never have been. I think he is proving that he is not at any comparable level, to fight these outstanding fighters.
It is very annoying to see him shake his head (when he gets up from a knockdown, and is asked by the ref if he wants to continue....) there is no fire in his belly.
I think that there should be a boxing rule that when you do get knocked down, first time, then get up before the count of 8, then shake your head to the ref, indicating you do not want to go on, that you should not get paid. JMOO
