Someone hit Rico's little head with a concrete block like Margoresto used on Cotto.

so because you really cut weight its ok to type in caps??

    lol, just kidding,

cutting down from 205 to 175 is a huge drop dude, I was a light heavy at 175 and I never went above 185. No wonder you are upset with the couch potatoes on here :!:

dropping tons of weight for a fight is a double edge sword.

ever notice that most of the all time greats never dropped huge amount of weight as most were in such solid shape month in and year out that they didn't have to? Well they had to but smaller stable amounts that didn't create potentially negative consequences come fight night.

Nice thread Rico, you'd think a stopped clock would be right at least twice a day but you seem to be a statistical outlier

How is the erectile dis-function btw?

Margarita would've lost that first fight, had he not possessed hardened plaster in his wraps. You'd think people would have come to that conclusion by now, based on how that fight was going (up until the final three rounds).

Not defensing Margo but just speaking from what I know about loaded gloves.

If Margarito had bricks in his gloves Cotto (who had been rocked by 140lbers) would've fallen inside 3 rounds against a man Margo's size.. If Margo's had plaster loaded and he hit Cotto as many tiems as he hit him in that first fight Cotto woulda been hurt terminally.

The whole idea that Margo loaded the gloves for Cotto the first time is unsubstantiated internet myth.

Where have you been, obviously you missed the conversation's which stated countless times that the plaster did not harden until the middle of the fight. And how is Cotto not bleeding from the eyes, ears, mouth etc. not good enough for you?? Eyes and ears are places absolutely unheard of for a boxer to bleed from but, of course you conveniently won't believe anything until terminal?? I get the feeling it was terminal then the line would be moved with "oh well, that doesn't say anything, other boxers have from died from boxing before"

As matter of fact, think of that, not even in occasions where fighters have died have we seen the type of injuries that were present on Cotto. Being photographed with a crack in his wraps with blood coming from it is unheard of also, (also the Cotto fight) it also just happens to coincide with being caught in his very next fight with bloody plaster ridden wraps in his bag. All these things that are inexplicable until you add the plaster he was caught with to the equation, and yet we're living in the mythical world??

I'm pretty sure Rico is the only one who bent any knees last night.
