Nope, catchweights are worse. They are meant to help a fighter avoid losing, or gaining, the necessary pounds to fight at a certain division. The DLH fight was at the full WW, so there was no binding of the rules to meet any criteria. DLH had to meet the WW limit just like any other boxer, no special exceptions in this case. If he was "drained" well then that sounds like a personal problem, not a boxing one.
