    Of course.

    If not for his achievements then definitely for his guts. Guts is how Gatti got in, and Cotto has as much guts as him with a greater career.

    And even if you were to ignore that then there is the fact that hes a major Box Office attraction. His fight with Rodriguez was the most watched cable fight in 2013. Trout was a smash hit for ShowTime.
    Cotto vs Foreman was the biggest Cable fight in 2010.
    His fights usually pack 10k people easy.

    Gatti didn't fight anyone with loaded gloves though did he?

    Cotto will, without question, get into the HOF at the first time of asking. His quality, achievements and excitement make it a no-brainer.

    I was never really a Cotto fan though I like watching his fights, he has solid wins and many titles

    A few of his titles are vacant though, not that big of a strike against him

    Controversially I don't think Margarito cheated in their fight and I have never been shown any rock solid evidence that he did

    Cotto supremely impressed me vs Geale the other night, I wish he would fight Golovkin
