I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be 48-0. If mayweather fought a prime pacman, mosley and cotto, his record would be different, imo.

Also not to mention, let's not forget all the other fighters that could've fought mayweather and gave him trouble. The fights that never happened, in other words. If mayweather didn't duck those guys and triple g, how would his record look like?

His record would look very different.

Prime Hatton at 140, Prime Williams, Prime Margarito, Prime Cotto, Prime Pacquiao all very different propositions to what Mayweather fought.

Robert Guerrero, Victor Ortiz, Marquez coming up from lightweight...cherrypicking fraud.

Margarito was a slow flat footed plodder. Mayweather beats that style 120-108 every single time. It wouldn't have been interesting it would have been a clinic.

Wrong dummy PBF would have been favored in all of those fights with the only possible exception being Mosley. He always beats any version of Cotto and #48. 48-0 deal with it.:hi:

Margo would have never been interesting. PBF would have shut that guy out and would have been called a runner because he would have boxed him on his back foot for a full 12.

    :deal

I don't know how many times this has to be seen. People complain about PBF fighting slow come forward guys with no defense but only because PBF didn't fight Margo he's different. Had he fought Margo he would be seen as a cherry pick.

He's pretty good. I think even if he didn't duck a bunch of people he'd still be only 45-3 or 46-2.

If Pac wasn't hyped by riding Floyds name, as being his equal. Would May vs Pac have been the riches, and most overly hyped fight in boxing history?
