Way better jab than first round, it helped you to control the distance, keep the center of the ring and throw more combinations. Very good guard too.

Sorry but I can't find any particular failure in this round, so I feel it's like a useless post... but well done :thumbsup

really good job. I'd have to see you vs better competition, but I'll say when you have him on the ropes, try stepping off to an angle to create more openings and be in a better position to avoid counters.

that guy wasn't in the greatest shape it seemed, but you look good for having your first spar. Keep up the good work, keep going!

nice sparing I loved the uppercut and that bodyshot I know how it feels lol. I would say keep your hands up when you throw combinations you get sloppy and you drop your hands other than that good job

Looked pretty sharp in there. Big man didn't like it to the body. I'm surprised you didn't go back downstairs sooner and got him out of there. But, I assume you wanted to work on some other things. Well done.

Straight right to the gut/solar plexus on a southpaw...gets em a lot of times.
Looking good - keep it up. First time sparring, so I won't nit-pick on the little stuff. You look far better than the average novice. Great job.

    1) this is not your first time stop lying through your teeth
    2) good job on beating up on a novice overweight old guy who is completely out of his depth
    3) you disgust me

I don’t think this is your first time either. And you can take this as a compliment if you weren’t lying in the first place :good

You dont bring your hands back to a good defensive position after you punch, and you reach alot

When he gets punched enough in the face, his hands will go back automatically, like a spring. Hell thats how I learnt to get my high guards

There was no "beating up", punches weren't too hard.

Also watch the first video the op posted, his opponent (the same dude) was going much harder than than op, I actually think op should have punished him a bit more.
