There are 8 guys on that list who dont stand a chance

There is one who could very possibly knock him out

 

Thurman is fighting in July so he's out
Bradley is with Top Rank and his stock is pretty low, so he's out
Garcia is fighting August 1 so he's out

That leaves Golovkin, Khan, Brook, Cotto, Marquez and Porter.

Golovkin is a MW. I don't see Floyd fighting a natural MW. You can't completely dismiss it, but the chances are very slim

Cotto already lost decisively to Mayweather and seems locked into a fight with Alvarez. So that fight looks pretty slim for September.

Marquez is battling knee injuries and lost a lopsided decision to Floyd already, so I highly doubt that fight will happen.

That leaves Brook, Khan, and Porter. If Porter wins, then he is an good candidate in terms of his talent and accomplishments. However, he's not much of a draw and he lost to Brook. Brook is also a really good choice. He's undefeated and holds the IBF title. However, he also isn't much of a draw in the US. Khan is a draw in the US, and has the proper credentials. However, he has been knocked out a couple of times and didn't look great in his last outing.

In the end, I think Khan gets the nod. Brook is the number 2 choice, followed by Porter if he wins.

 

I think he'll fight Cotto.

I'd love to see him fight Golovkin at 154 though. No one else really stands a chance with him. Well, I'd also like to see him vs Lara but unfortunately Erislandy doesn't have a big enough following to warrant a match with FLoyd.

So basically lara and Golovkin would give him his toughest fights out of everyone from 140-160.

 

Golovkin could knock Mayweather out & maybe Khan.

 

Brook or Khan. Maybe Porter if he destroys Broner.

 

Bradley deserves the big payday more than anyone

He has about a 10% chance, cant see im beating Floyd, buy he's sure eanred a huge payday

 

I have a feeling Con will be chosen (although I don't think he deserves it)
It'll just make Mayweather look good with an easy win.

And yeah, I think Bradley deserves it more tbh
