Everyone is picking on smaller fighters, including heavyweights. It's a rare thing to find a fight where fighters are very evenly matched.

We all need to see the humor in the "stop calling out smaller fighters" bullspit.

Cotto and Canelo can fight Golovkin who can fight Ward who can fight Kovalev.

It's not like we are asking Cotto to fight Kovalev.

Each tier is only a few pounds.

Don't forget he once fought Tim Bradley (and calls it his toughest fight, amateur or pro)

    :bart Ward is tiny.

Could he just have been explaining that style wise Bradley is a bad match up for him? Or complimenting Bradley on his technique? I doubt that Ward had a difficult time with Bradley because of his size or strength.

Ward would mop the floor with Beterbiev, Groves, and Degale on the same night.

Bradley fought at 47 and jr middle as an amateur though. He shrunk as a pro.

I don't remember Pacquiao doing tune ups. Yes I was born in 1992 so I was young when I was watching the fights live.

But I don't recall tuneups before Barrera and Morales for him.

You take tune ups after layoffs and setbacks to see where you're at before risking your life by stepping in the ring with someone dangerous.

Pac fought Rios after the JMM KO loss.

Golovkin has no chance against Ward. Even if he hits Ward with a big punch, Ward can use his special power and turn into a billy goat.

Understandable. But I still think they are boring as hell. I mean Ward's already boring even without fighting D level fighters.
