That's very strange logic...if Lee wins the first round he Los BJS???... Think about it. Andy is a stiff upright, wide open, 25-punches-round boxer. BJS is Billy Whizz in comparison, plus he throws way more shots. Unless Billy Joe SREIOUSLY neglects his training, he wins this.
Use your loaf. Have you ever heard of "gamesmanship".....you know ...where the locals load the dice in favour of their man? What's the bets there will be a 'problem' with the a/c?
What's the difference between England and Ireland? No huge advantage either way. Remember, Andy is effectively "English " himself, and BJS would be treated fairly here IMO. It's not as if one would be going to Buenos Aires to face Monzon, now, is it?
You're right. The temperature was NO advantage to Stevie Cruz over Barry McGuigan then? Aah yes ....Now I understand....:rofl
Once again, with the recent turning over of Joe Fitzpatrick and Gary Sweeney, I just have to say, what a ****ing era Irish boxing will be entering into in 2 or 3 years. Such depth in talent has never been seen before and come the next Olympics another few of our best lads will undoubtedly make the switch over. Good times ahead!
Of course he was. I mean everybody knows Belfast has the same climate as Mexico, right?. - no advantage to the Mexican lad at all....no problem there....atsch
Exclusive: Andy Lee set to defend world title at Th0mond Park in September The biggest fight in Irish boxing history is set for Th0mond Park on September 19...:good
