No chance in this happening for british title hearn just keeping on good terms with the board by setting a date after postponing the purse bid last month
I think it a lot more will be learnt after the echo show, if they both get found out there(strong possibility they may IMO) then they hardly have to go away and rebuild as most would. They can both lose and still fight for the British title next time out. If Smith wins, I imagine him still fighting for the British - he will have one eye on Lonsdale belt to join his brothers. Fielding, well if he wins against Vera then he may look to take the fight with Smith & boycott his plans for the WBC etc etc
How do you see him faring against Groves or Degale? At this point I feel he'd clearly lose... haven't seen enough yet myself to show that in the future he could trouble either of them, but he has time on his side.
Think at present he'd give Groves a lot of trouble and a close fight. Think De gale beats him at present but i'd say it would be different in a year or so. Like you say he's got youth on his side.
Yeh "get found out" as in Hearn is building them both to be the shining light of British 168 future... However they may not be , so they'll be found out. I think that they are both obviously above the rest of the domestic level, but whether they are going too achieve on the world scene...
I think he is a long way off. He has quite an upright style and hasn't been in with movers or people who will push him back. Rebrasse is a good level fight for him, then Fielding. I don't see why the don't go after Abraham. They could build it around the whole $avenging his brother angle", Germans love that cheesy sh it.
