Besides the financial rewards, why does Pac deserve a rematch? He won 2 rounds.

run floyd run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that fight was lame on all fronts, where was pacs punch gloves together, jab, jab, straight left? where was floyds combo's? where was the blood, bruises, wobbles, knock downs etc etc? twas a glorified sparring session/ amateur bout.

It won't make a difference Pac****. PBF is the better and more complete fighter. #48 was never on his level and we tried telling you this for years but I see you're still in denial.

No he doesn't. Is #48 all of a sudden develop these things:
The ability to cut off the ring
    A jab
Fight at more ranges other than mid range
Figure out how to make adjustments
    Throw a looping overhand right
Outweigh PBF by 15 pounds or more
Be willing to sell out and go out on your shield

He can't improve on these things so he has no shot of beating PBF at any time of his career when will you wishful thinker's realize this?:-(

I don't want a rematch because it's a waste of time. I have no interest in seeing PBF take #48 to school again. I'd much rather see him fight Khan, Garcia or GGG than a guy like #48 who would be facing a stylistic nightmare again. PBF does better in rematchs #48 not so much.:deal

    1) Because he didn't win just two rounds
    2) Because he had a torn cuff which he described as leaving him 50-65%
    3) Because if just 50% of previous audience bought, it'd still be 2nd highest PPV fight
    4) Mayweather wants to open new MGM arena with big name for 50-0, by big that means relatively known by casuals. That leaves you GGG, Canelo, Cotto, Pacquiao. Loser of Canelo/Cotto won't do it. Winner of Canelo/Cotto (imo) will fight GGG in spring, so both the winner and GGG are out, so that realistically only leaves you with Pacquiao which Mayweather probably won't complain about since it'll still bring him in the most money.
    5) Mayweather will be back with HBO ;)

Finally someone with sense. I love how an opponent has to do something crazily special to win a round against Floyd, like a 15 punch combination. Floyd doesn't have to do anything, but his opponent has to make something spectacular happen each round or Floyd is awarded it. Complete BS.

    1. Yes, he won 2 rounds
    2. They were both injured, Floyd went in with injuries and Pac injured that shoulder missing shots against Mayweather. The reason for that injury was because Manny was hitting air the entire evening.
    3. No one believes Pac can win against May, not even he does. It will be a farce. Cotto deserves it much more
    4. A Cotto fight would do huge numbers
    5. Possible.

No... They just have to be more effective than him and it's very very hard...

JLC didn't do anything "special" in the first fight, nor did Maidana in the first fight. They just found ways to be more effective than Floyd for stretches. JLC for 5, 6 or 7 rounds, Maidana for 4 or 5.

Pac would deserve a rematch if he admitted he made collossal mistakes in the fight. That his gameplan was bogus. That Mayweather was much faster than him, both footwork and punches.

But we heard none of that. Pac thinks he did everything perfectly. He doesn't need to change up his plan. How on earth does that warrant a rematch? He'd just outboxed once again, he'd do the same exact mistakes.
