After fight @andreward showed lot of class by returning all weight fine $$ he got from Smith: $37,500. CSAC still gets its $22,500. #boxing

Smith was unprofessional and classless as hell coming in a ridiculous 4.4 pounds over. But Dre still gave the man his money back, the money he lost from missing weight.

Classy stuff from Dre.

The man isn't a HUGE draw, he doesn't have that much money compared to the top guys in the sport.

How can anyone dislike him? He's such a great great guy.

 

That's actually very decent of him, fair play

 

$22,500 should be able to buy him the judges and referee for his next 3 fights in California!

 

Ward will be the future of boxing. He will continue to lead by example and this move right here just proves what type of guy he is ..Much respect !

 

Further proof why I don't see how people can dislike Ward. I know it's not much money but that is a top top gesture by a top guy.

Nice move by Ward and one of the few times recently where he has actually made himself look good. Lets just hope he can continue this and not put his foot in his mouth again as he is all too often prone to doing.
