Burns showed in his last fight that there is still life in the old dog yet, and his defeats against Crawford and Zlaticanin (and Gonzalez and Beltran;)) dont look so bad now do they?

so i am suggesting that Broner goes back to 140lb and fights Burns ,on recent performances it would not surprise me if Burns pulled off a shock....Hearn could make this fight imo

There was a reason why Burns ducked him

Yes he was a world champion and Broner wanted all in his favour in terms of money he wanted the champions share instead of the challengers summin ridiculous like a 70/30 split

To be fair, Burns didn't lose to Gonzalez, the bloke just quit on his stall. Sure he was losing the fight, but you have to actually be in it to win it, and he simply wasn't.

Broner couldn't have cared less about getting beat the other night, seems to be fighting only for the cash which is a shame as he she's have good ability, just a be poor attitude it would appear.

Broner is a total hype job, has Floyds attuide without the skill :yep:yep
Burns for me is shot, regardless of his last fight. Really can't see this fight happening

Broner was WBC champ, it would have been a big unification fight.

After watching Broner over the weekend you would give Burns more of a chance than you gave him a couple of years ago but the difference is Broner was fearful of Porter and didn't seem to want to fight until it was too late for him. Porter bullied him at times.

Would Broner be as fearful of Burns? Does Burns have the power and strength to hurt and bully Broner? I personally do not think so, I believe it would be a completely different Broner to the one we saw against Porter.

You would also have to make sure Tony Weeks was not the referee.

I would still favor Broner over Bums. Both aren't all that
