    Which was against DeMarco and he wasn't bad against Malignaggi I suppose. Even in the lower weights where he was apparently setting the world alight, PDL outclassed him but was robbed and even Gavin Rees was outboxing him until Broner's far superior size, strength and punching power took over. I know this has been said many times but I can't believe this man was once portrayed as the next Mayweather!

    Don't know if I'm in the minority but I though Ponce De Leon beat him.

    No most people thought Ponce De Leon beat him.

    This indicates that DeMarco was highly rated in the first place :huh :-(

    Crawford is very under hyped.
    Broner is a B- talent with A++ hype and a C- attitude.

    He wasn't that Impressive against Paulie, he was meant to dominate him with ease and he certainly didn't do that.

    DeMarco is a chump

    he only became high rated at lightweight because the big names like Marquez, Rios and Guerrero moved up

    Broner is now 1-2 above 140 pounds. Just FYI. And I don't think he looks great at 140 either.

    I thought Broner squeaked by Paulie narrowly, but I'll say my father felt Broner lost that fight, and I know many others did as well. Either way, that fight was really close, and a lot closer than it should have been considering how great Broner claims he is.

    I think it's safe to say, and many have said it previously including myself: Broner isn't as good as he thinks he is.

    My personal opinion of Broner's boxing ability right now? Good boxer, talented, but much work to do. He's not great and never will be based on his own attitude. To become a great requires a certain level of humility, something Broner lacks in my view.

    He's not impressed me at 140 either, even bum of the month Carlos Molina more than held his own against him.

    The guys Broner struggled against is because he doesn't let his hands go, not because he isn't good. His punch output is way too low. He has decent power, good hand speed, etc. He just needs to find his identity and stop trying to be entertainment.
