If Broner drops back to 140, which of the top 10 Junior Welterweights beat him?

Which of the top 10 Junior Welterweights beat Broner at 140 according to TBR [url]http://www.tbrb.org/all-rankings/#140[/url]

I keep seeing from Broner apologist that he is not a Welterweight and needs to drop back to 140 (where he has fought nobody by the way) but I'd favor all 10 of them to beat him too.

 

He has the best mandible.

Humberto Soto is actually pretty good. Does it all...and for his age can drive a nice workrate.

I'd favour him actually...but it would be close and wouldn't be surprised to see Broner edge it. Not sure how much Soto has left in him.

 

According to Marcos Maidana then, drained Khan's mandible must be amazing.

 

After watching him over the weekend you would be very brave picking Broner to beat any of them.

 

Although there is a fair chance Herrara shuts him out and gets robbed on the scorecards. :yep

 

Matthysse destroy him, Crawford and Herrera toy with him, Peterson has a good chance and Provodnikov has a fair punchers chance. Garcia not so sure now as he's looked poor lately. Not sure about the rest.
