    I remember meeting him at his restaurant, rough looking old timer, hands of steel and still strong. He used wall pulleys to increase his punching power but only for his arms and back. JD had muscle in the right places for power. Still a big man and someone you wouldn't mess with, he had that hard look in his eyes...mean
