Good match up, Rios makes the fight and build up to it exciting. People may moan about his ranking but the only other available opponent is Diego Chaves and Rios has a victory over him and is a better sell.

 

I meant of the top 20 WW's I could fit how many Rios would beat on one hand with room to spare (less than four, that means).
