Yes its called logic, yes Provodnikov arguably did beat Algeiri, in fact most thought he did.

It would still be moronic to claim he doesn't belong with any top 140lb given that he actually has a win over a top 140lb fighter, and even if he arguably lost, that means the fight was that close enough to warrant them being in the same ring together. That is logic, unfortunately you hit a plateau somewhere around here.
