If I am correct I think I should be 9-0 with 4 KO's after the Bradley win. My picks are on page 355 if needed to check. I can't quote now sorry!

Hey kirk. This is just an observation and a suggestion which may be entirely self serving but I think its actually a good point and may benefit quite a few participants positively, and a few negatively.

I was bored and did some number crunching. And...

138-45 is my record which is a grand total of 183 matches. I haven't missed one pick this year due to me picking all of my picks at the beginning of the month, so all I have to do is along the way add my new picks when Pinoy adds new matches. I have a few more correct picks than guys that are ahead of me, yet they are ahead of me in some cases by missing a pick and it not being counted as a loss. Sometimes in amateur boxing missing a fight is considered a forfeit therefore its a loss. There's a lot of guys on here who are doing a lot better in the win column but are behind guys who are missing picks and its not entirely fair in my opinion.

If all the missed picks were counted as forfeit losses the top guys would look something like this.

    (-) 1. FIGHTER2R 151-32
    (-) 2. nellybc 150-33
    (-) 2. David B 150-33
    (-) 3. jordan1 148-35
    (-) 3. kirk 148-35
    (-) 3. bladerunner 148-35
    (-) 4. PinoyProdigy 143-40
    (-) 5. MVC! 140-43
    (-) 6. Pimp C 139-44
    (-) 7. CST80 138-45
    (-) 8. Drew101 136-47
    (-) 9. Robney 136-47
    (-) 10. Drinquor 135-48

Not saying anything should change but it would make the comp even more competitive.:conf

Maybe there should be penalties for missed picks like you have with the People's Championships.

Just a suggestion.....maybe make it where a poster has to participate in an alloted numer of fights consecutively to challenge for the WBK, Belt, tourneys, etc...!!!

Dump On Em is only 4-0 and won the June tourney (maybe tourneys with people within your group / ranking would be funner. The top 10 , then 11-20, 21-30, etc. Have the winners advance against the other winners. Would help the lower guys either close the gap or it would help the middle ranked posters climbing up the ranks.

EXAMPLE: Ellerbe vs Dump On Em (ELLERBE wins) Lep vs Mopar (LEP wins) ELLERBE would face LEP or the lower ranked would get the higher ranked poster as opponent in the 2nd round.

ALSO: We need some fun, cool little awards like the RIng Magazine has:

    Best newcomer
    Highest KO
    Best win %

    and some oddities:

    Most losses
    Worst record
    Biggest fall from grace

    etc etc etc
