    I think that álvarez will win to miguel cotto. I dont see anyone winning vs canelo without an outstanding footwork, and cottos' footwork is not bad but it's not anything special either, they will trade at some point, and cotto will not be able to deal with that amount of power.

    He never had plaster but for the sake of argument even without he had a iron chin with insane stamina he hit very very hard as well

    When Margarito stopped stuffing his gloves he got beat up by Cotto like there's no tomorrow.

    Regarding Canelo vs Cotto, I don't know how Cotto can get a decision against a guy Lara failed to. He will need to heavily dominate Canelo which seems unlikely. I don't know who's the A-side here or whether Cotto has a say in who the judges will be or not, but they need to make sure that one judge who scores close Canelo fights in favor of Canelo ridiculously wide doesn't get a seat.

    Yes, people call him magayeso for nothing, he never used plaster. Iron chin, it's a pitty he didnt have iron eye too. Cotto beat the hell out of margacheato once he stopped using plaster.
