Do you think did he do those moves when he beat Hopkins?

yes he appeared unable to hurt Hopkins, and he missed a lot too like in this video, true.

although now you mention it, old Hopkins dropped joe easily enough, but that's the opposite of your argument, glad you achieved that polar opposite once again..

The Slappy Sniffers never give up ROFLMAO The poll read 75% Hopkins ranks Wayyyyyyyy Higher They even claim Slappy beat B Hop too :patsch:patsch Old Slappy got a gift. I had to laugh at Calzaghe's vicious Ko tape He looked like a little peewee golden glover who hasn't learned to punch yet

Shouldn't Hopkins top three wins be Trinidad, Tarver and De La Hoya? Beating Pascal at such an advanced age is remarkable indeed, but Pascal isn't all that.

But the NBA, IBO, IBA and all them other alphebets combined in triplets that were available to Calzaghe, as well as the WBC, IBF WBO and WBA LHW titles... Calzaghe never won none of those belts at LHW other than The Ring which was paper belt as it never represented the true lineal champ.

Therefore Calzaghe wasnt the true Lineal LHW champ:deal

Lineal champs are not decided by who you choose:patsch

This is what you said regarding The Ring LHW title:-

    http://www.boxingforum24.com/showpost.php?p=5700148&postcount=125

But now you want to accept The Ring title?

This is what you said when Edwin Rodriguez was called the Lineal Champ:-

    http://www.boxingforum24.com/showpost.php?p=16184101&postcount=2

Here is a further discussion where Calzaghe fans were taught Calzaghe held a paper title at LHW:-

    http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?t=389958

If anything wrong was/is said, and we find out it is wrong we need to be the man that beat the man and just accept it is wrong. The truth should prevail over falsehood at all times. Erdei was the true Lineal LHW champ, Calzaghe held a paper belt at LHW. That is how I see it, and you also seem to hold this opinion.

When nothing works resort to triangle theories.

I do rate Titles, and direct wins over Triangle theories. If you do triangle theories you would say Calzaghe beat everyone on Hopkins resume because he has a controversial SD over him:patsch

True statement, Hoya made Hopkins come down to his career low at 156, and got owned on his own show.

I just rate Pascal victory up there, BHop had everything going against him, dodgy judges that scored fight 1 a draw, dodgy referee that didn't rule 2 knockdowns for Hopkins, old age, and going into the young hungry lions backyard, twice, and still managed to get the W.

I think it would be unfair for me to say who is Calzaghe's most brutal KO victim so I put one of the funniest ones there instead. This way a Calzaghe fan can choose a more appropriate "Most Brutal Calzaghe KO" instead. The floor is open for you or any other of the 14 Calzaghe voters to add any suggestion. I will provide you with the following video to make your choice a little easier:-

This debate cannot still be going on. Hopkins has fought as many world class fighters after he turned 40 as Calzaghe did for his entire career. Go right agead and give Calzaghe his props, but there is no comparison with Hopkins.

I did consider Hopkins the Man at LHW when Calzaghe beat him. Though not the "lineal" champ. But I am a Jones fan who honestly believed he was the best fighter in the world.
