I'm afraid that's a trick question. But yes, Kell Brook is the best fight at WW along with Bradley and Thurman.

 

He can't claim he won't sell PPV as he fought Guerrero, Ortiz and Maidana.
Maidana beat Broner. Ortiz beat Berto. Guerrero beat Berto.
Brook beat Porter, who just beat Broner.
Brook has the only other belt but has a **** resume otherwise.
Khan has a better resume but not a relevant win and ducked Brook.
Khan will sell more but not as much as he assumes.
Khan has a style that is more exciting but Floyd will most likely stop Khan.
Brook will survive to the end but be picked apart.
Garcia has struggled with Peterson and Herrera and a joke against Salsa.
Garcia is fighting Malignaggi so presumably out.
Thurman has only one impressive win in Guerrero. Fighting Collazo so presumably out.
Porter beat Broner but lost to Brook.
Khan has beaten Collazo, Alexander and Algieri. Best pick of a weak bunch.
Bradley and Matthysse work with different promoter.

 

Mayweather Vs Brook makes most sense to me, I'm not talking money, Mayweather is ridiculously wealthy and will get a hefty showtime bonus regardless.

Mayweather Vs Brook, We would have an undisputed welterweight world champion, both undefeated, U.S vs UK so interest both sides of the water, it's perfect.

 

Brook, Thurman, Lara. There is no one else. Pick one and be done with it, get on with the promotion.

 

Good shout, I'd be happy to see any of those 3 get a shot at Mayweather.
