What concerns me most is that he never fought an undefeated boxer or even boxer puncher. He has actually fought only two undefeated guys and they were both the epitome of face first brawlers. He never fought anyone with any kind of boxing ability unless they were shown to have multiple kinks in their armor.

Never fought an undefeated boxer puncher? You mean like Canelo?

Canelo is such a weak version of boxer puncher that many people have a hard time considering him a boxer puncher. You really could make a great argument he is a brawler with negligible boxing ability in comparison to Floyd.

Please read from beginning of conversation before posting. To think someone is saying Floyd has never fought any boxer punchers should be the first clue to tell you probably don't have all the information you need.

    Here's what you wrote:

"What concerns me most is that he never fought an undefeated boxer or even boxer puncher."

You also said he never fought anyone with any boxing ability. Did you mean to say that he never fought an undefeated boxer puncher that posses your particular standard of excellence?

The conclusion of that final sentence quoted is "unless they had multiple kinks in their armor" that easily translates to losses since that's what I was talking about from the beginning.

How could you say it easily translates to that when you stated earlier that he never fought an undefeated fighter OR a boxer puncher? Anyway, Canelo was an undefeated boxer-puncher. So again, you're saying he has never faced an undefeated boxer that posseses your particular standard of excellence? You made mention of multiple kinks in the armor, so that would indicate that the guy needs to be almost flawless.

So now we're talking about an undefeated, boxer-puncher who has proven to be almost flawless. Besides Mayweather himself, who else fits this despcription?

If you're just gonna keep making stuff up to give yourself something to say then you go ahead and have fun with your ignorance all by your lonesome, good day.

People seem to make these mythical fighters up that Floyd has supposedly not fought but can never actually NAME these fighters.

Paul Williams would have given Mayweather problems.

His size, chin (that shot Martinez gave him would have KO'd everyone south of 160), and his ability to shoot a jab and throw from distance with a lot of odd angles. I get it, the timing wasn't right because at 147 because PW was just coming on. But he was a legitimate threat to the ENTIRE division.

The Margarito fight would have been intriguing, but I see that fight as another Baldomir fight. He was just too slow.

There's no one in this present day that can mess with Floyd other than Amir Khan. But...I can't see Khan maintaining his focus long enough to not get knocked out.
