    1. Hagler
    2. Pernell
    3. Sergio Martinez ( due to his late start and amazing prime for his age )
    4. PacMan

Pacman hasn't faced a huge puncher like Mugabi, unless he faced Matthysse. Manny's best wins are against over the hill fighters, legends, but over the hill still. He went life and death and lost to a past his prime Morales.

That's okay, his reputation and achievements are still tarnished because of it. Just like Floyd and RJJ :nod

Flyod's achievements are tarnished? So exactly when has he been caught cheating, officially on a test? Hmm???????? yep that's what I thought, don't link me to some bs video where Floyd was confused, Floyd isn't the brightest bulb in the box, I'll admit to that.

I watched the fight with my dad. I was 4 years old but have since rewatched it.

Pernell got a little salty about the decision.

The guy actually thought how hard the punches landed didn't matter.

    Pernell can't punch!!!

On paper he's neck and neck with Hagler.
