Lil brother Broner has been taken off the shelf for a fighter who seems a bit more serious about his craft. Spence is going to have big shoes to fill once Floyd is gone, if he can do it is yet to be known. Beating fighters like Thurman, Brook, Porter or Bradley will definitely push him in the right direction. Considering Floyd has most of the belts, he should give them up so a tournament can be held between the fighters mentioned above. Winner takes all.....:happy

Will he step up in class fast enough to take on the big boys at WW before he has to move up in weight? :think I hope so, he looks promising but I don't think he'll be making welter for much longer.

Hopefully Spence plays the game right and don't get caught up in the hype. He seems like he can fight and is a hard hitter. He won't be at welterweight long and he may have to fight the laras and Andrade's of the world at 154

He'll not be the next Floyd, that's a once in a generation talent and whilst Spence is very talented and I'm a fan, he's not on that level.

Floyd talking about him fighting on his under card against Thurman or Porter in Sept. Of course this is a move to get folks to buy PPV, and it's a smart move to.

I'd love to see it but I think he should fight someone in between the level he's been operating at and those two first :thumbsup

This has been a curse so far. See J'leon Love and Broner.
Spence seems more serious than those guys. Also I think Floyd is at a different place him self right now. When he took broner and love under his wing he was still doing stupid stuff on social media and trolling. He seems much more subdued now and maybe he can be a better example for Spence

Errol Spence has all the potential in the world & could make it to the top. But to do so he needs to distance himself from Mayweather & TMT. Just look how many TMT fighters have failed drug tests how many have fallen from grace just look at Broner?? We wise Errol say goodbye to Mayweathjer & TMT

As long as Errol doesn't use plaster like that scumbag Margarito, he'll be ok with fans!

What a joke, broner was a 3 weight world champion by age 25. Spence is 25 and hasn't fought anyone worth a ****.

I can't wait to see spence finally step up and get folded in half by a guy like thurman

Spence is pretty dam good and he is just starting.
His last 2 opponents were pretty tough and he cut threw them like a knife threw butter.
