Oscar De La Hoya has got to be one of the most overrated boxers ever!!

Come on now, lets keep it real! I never knew what was the big hype around him? A handsome Mexican fighter that was a good fighter. but the hype was just to much for that man! And im still tired of people saying he was great or something, Oscar was far from GREAT!!!

This dude almost lost all his big fights!! He won a couple of them. I guess you can say the Chavez wins were big fights for him even though he was older. Generao was a big fight for him. Gatti really wasnt. but come on!!

This dude lost to Mosley twice, Hopkins, Mayweather, Pacquiao and trindad.

He should've got the nod in the 2nd Mosley fight and Trinidad but the Trinidad fight he ran like a platter Puss so thats his fault and his trainers! So lots of fans will say he won these fights...ok..but what about

he lost to Quartey (So he had a good 12 round, so what) Sturm beat the **** out of him, Whitaker outboxed him, i mean lets get serious here!

He just got to much hype for not being very good. not his fault, thats media and wild fans doing that. But i dont look at him as a great fighter at all. he was a good fighter with a few good wins, thats about it. overrated to the MAX!!! Funny how everybody says "Well oscar fought everybody and if certain fighters would've fought everybody like him they would have losses" MAN MISS ME WITH THAT BS!!! SO he fought a bunch of great fighters....GOOD!! Thats what ever boxer should do!! That doesnt mean him losing to a great fighter bascially means its a win hahahaha. some of you guys are wild.
