Still, Kovalev will let Andre pick the judges, the ref, the venue, get an equal or greater purse split, and he'll even come as low as 172 if Fraud needs it to make the fight.:good:good:good

Yeah, but I wasn't worried about Kov fighting in Wales or Canada because I knew he would get a fair shake. In Jokeland, they will find ways to favor Ward. Including the referee that will allow Ward to get away with whatever he wants and taking points off Kov. All I'm saying if you avoid fighting him there, do it. Don't let him have it his way!!

Beterbiev. I truly believe Ward would lose, and Stevenson has a punchers chance but he is predictable, take away his left and you've done half the job.

Beterbiev has the power and probably the skills too, but I see Kovalev as a better boxer. One thing for sure, that fight wouldn't last 12 rounds.

    Ducked the purse bid.

Kathy Duva said she's not wasting her time bidding with Al Haymon. She's negotiated with HBO to allow Sergey one fight off the network. Theyve given permission, so Al can go ahead and feed Adonis to Sergey at his leisure.

But Al prefers to save Stevenson's @nus for Beterbiev, who is plotting behind Al's back to leave him as soon as his contract is up.:lol::lol:

Fight could have been easily done, but she doesn't want her fighter to fight Adonis, that's the issue here.

2 changes to purse bid but she ran away, TWICE. :rofl

And I'm not entirely sure she wants Kovalev to fight Ward either. Ward is just better.

But there's no referee gonna save Andrea Fraud from the @sskicking that Kovalev would put on her.:lol:

don't like Stevenson but if he lands his left he's got a good chance of winning

if the fight was happening tomorrow Adonis has the best chance, think beterbiev will be better in the future but he's a little green at present

I'm assuming MVC was rooting for Pascal and Hopkins when Kovalev fought them. After Kovalev demolished both, he's rooting against Kovalev yet again with Ward.

When Ward loses, you'll just continue. It makes me sick, this dude is clearly biased as hell, reminds me of Russian_Glass or conty22

Ward would beat him everytime as long as he fights safe. Beterbiev would need a one in a million punch...as would Adonis most likely.

Think about it this way. Froch gave Ward a very competitive fight in the later rounds of their bout, Froch is not 1/10 the boxer Kovalev is, Kovalev is much larger, much stronger and knows how to pick his shots and use his jab. Ward stands absolutely NO chance against Kovalev. Ward cannot even hurt Kovalev lol. The only people who want Ward to win are those who are half Irish, and or those who think Ward is 100 percent Black American.

Sergeys jab to the chest\ body would be a nightmare for both beterbiev and Ward

The amateurs mean nothing...exhibit A Audley harrison.

Yes I will be betting 4 figures on Ward if they fight.

Stevenson and Ward, I would favor both to beat Kovalev.

Some people are saying that Ward will easily outbox Kov. Who has outboxed Kov, let alone easily outboxed him? NO, Sillakh did not outbox him in round one. Instead of being biased, go watch that round again. Sillakh was trying to look pretty bouncing on his toes. Meanwhile, Kov was already figuring him out. Kov knew that Ismayl had to stop and go forward to start his attack and you can see that Sergey was already trying to time him (and got him in round 2).
People have this misconception of Kov just being a crude power puncher with no technique. But if you actually watch his fights without your hater goggles on, you would know that he's much more than that. He's a thinker and has good technique to go along with his devastating power.
How the heck is Ward going to beat him? People act as if Ward is this unbeatable fighter and overrate his resume. Some of Ward's opposition had success with the jab. Sergey has a really strong jab, you can even see him land it on a moving target such as Sillakh; mainly to the body and chest (Sergey actually hits you anywhere he can, shoulder for example; Ward has a messed up shoulder).
Ward has nothing on Kovalev, he's fragile. He breaks his hands in every fight. He doesn't have the awesome defense that people think he has. He's not Floyd, he doesn't have those crazy cat-like reflexes. Kovalev will hit him and he'll beat him so badly. Ward is not going to have anything to keep Sergey away from him. Ward will try to hold, because that's all he relies on against top opposition but that won't work, Sergey is too strong for him. Especially if you get a good referee that will prevent him from all doing those dirty tactics he really likes to do.

    Kovalev will destroy Ward!! :bbb
    Haters gonna hate :smoke
