 yet you are avoiding the obvious. what floyd did is not legal. but because he is who he is, he gets away with it. if that was floyd instead of pac asking for toradol, vegas would do whatever to accomodate him:deal

That's not the point of my post. He was given the the****utic usage exemption, I was asking why. He did fill out the paperwork, but fighter's are usually only given TUE's to use intravenous therapy for medical emergencies.

I was asking what Mayweather had to deserve the TUE, and if he didn't deserve it, then why was it given.

However, most of us have come to the conclusion it was because he was severely dehydrated from working out too hard. I can live with that reason.

Here is your reason ! CEO TARGET Prior to joining USADA, Tygart was an associate in the sports law practice group at Holme, Roberts and Owen, LLP (HRO).
While at HRO, Tygart worked with individual athletes and several sport entities, including the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), USA Basketball, USA Swimming, USA Volleyball, the Pro Rodeo Cowboys Association, and the Mountain West Conference. HRO was employed by the USOC to keep Dr. Wade Exum from exposing them as world drug cheats.

The point I was making was that Commissions do allow exemptions for what they claim illegal. (xylocaine less than 7 days before a fight, xanax days before a fight, etc).

As for Mayweather; guys like him that train rigorously are prone to dehydrate themselves quicker and more frequently. So instead of having another body in the morgue, Commissions would rather institute an exemption and allow the boxer to re-hydrate.

    Key word is EXEMPTION...!!!

Hey man, don't mean to **** you off or don't think i was coming on to your man. But i was at a bar last night and margo totally tried coming on to me, i didint know he was gay. After that akward moment we talked and he said he has never heard of a c.j. He also broke down crying while drunk and said he talks to god every night and beggs for his forgiveness as he feels bad he was loading his bricks and almost killing people.

Quite frankly you are asking the wrong people. Why don't you ask the right people and get back here and give us the answer.

I'm not targeting anyone specifically to answer my question. There's no right or wrong person (unless a person is trolling). I simply put forth a question and left it for open discussion between me and anyone who would like to share their opinion. Just kinda using the forum for what it's for, lol.
