Burns, Woodhouse, Froch - been following since the Pascal fight and the manner he won against Taylor was just incredible.

Tyson Fury too after seeing him struggle with Mcdermott early on - still hasn't faced anyone his size or at the top of the sport, but I'd never have believed he'd be in line for a title fight after seeing that first fight.

    Woodhouse is a good shout.

Ricky Burns & Jamie McDonnell for me in recent years.

For me the standouts are Nick Blackwell & Luke Blackledge, neither had an amateur bout but are British & Commonwealth champions respectively - and neither has taken the easy route..!

Also Woodhouse for the age & experience he turned over.

both McDonnell brothers keep improving further than I thought possible.

Ross Burkinshaw ( c.wealth & wbo flip flop) his career was dead in the water not too long back.

If told a few years ago that Froch would be on most websites and publications pound for pound list, I never would have thunk it.
