WBO strips Mayweather for non compliance, pretty stupid if you ask me.

    There's no way he should be stripped. He's Mayweather.

    He probably had good reason why he never responded. WBO is so corrupt.

    He purposely got himself stripped off it because people was calling him to unify all titles.

    And we all know the other Welterweight champ beats the living 5hit out of hype merchant Mayweather :nod

    The WBO wants their $200k payday. If I was Mayweather, I wouldn't give them the money either.

    What did they do to deserve $200,000? Absolutely NOTHING.

    Belts are just for new champs to gain recognition anyways.
    May don't need any belts period!
    Everyone knows he's #1 @ WW. No disputing that.
    He is the undisputed WW champ belts or not.

    the whole issue of him not having to follow the WBA/WBC's rules is what made us wait a couple of years more for the Manny fight to finallly happen when both are clearly past it. And chosing his own opponents when he sees fit.
    Because of that he can keep the light middleweight title hostage without ever having defended it at the full 154 limit for over 3 years.

    I think it's very good the WBO upholds it's rules

    He's basically already admitted he was planning on vacating.

    Why would he pay $130k sanctioning fee just so they could force a mandatory upon him? The belts don't mean a great deal to him at this stage, and he could easily just fight for that belt again in his next fight anyway if he really wanted to.
