I think Sky will win the fight. They simply have the most cash.

I would not mind it being on any channel as I have access to all of them including BN.

    SHOCK HORROR.

People on boxing forum, watch only TV channel in the UK dedicated to boxing and support it. Thats the real fans though.:deal Not the Kunts who think that Sky offers value at £50 per month for a load of other shyte plus some boxing on the side. And anyway with PPV you can pay for it, even if you are not a sky subscriber. And there is no chance in hell Sky will give this one away for free to loafs like yourself.

BT sports as they won't screw you with PPV. In fact would like to see BN merge with BT to bring RM and EH down a few pegs.

How awesome would it be if ITV did get it?

They have shown signs of getting onboard with other sports.

Look at the darts they cover now, doing very well.

When was the last time a heavyweight title fight was on free tv?

Never missed a fight and have never bought a Sky PPV or a Butt Nation subscription.

Technological advances means that it is all out there to watch legally as nearly all these fights are on foreign terrestrial channels.

There is no queue of new subscribers for Butt Nation or any demand for Butt Nation PPV.

The fight will be on Sky PPV but can also be watched free on German TV as it is easily picked up in the UK on any non Sky satellite system.

Every Clinchko fight is on German terrestrial TV. That also happened with the Haye fight as the British public got mugged with PPV.:lol:

There is nothing for BT to merge with - it is a bit like Tescos merging with a newspaper vendor :lol:

Based on career history, do not be surprised if this fight is postponed late in the day by Clinchko due to 'injury'.

Happened as recently as last Sept with Pulev and Wlad knows that Fury will be deflated if this was to happen again.

Would not be booking any non refundable flights and hotels given his history.

The last time he fought at the Espirit Arena was against Mormeck which was also postponed very late.

If RTL still owned a stake in it then I'd say it was more likely. Under Viacom Channel 5 has increased it's boxing output but it's more on a national level.

Last time a world title was on terrestrial TV involving a British Heavyweight boxer was Lewis/Rahman in 2001 to my knowledge. The BBC screened that fight. I might be wrong however.
