Meh. Wanting Ward at 164 is pretty bleh. 50/50 though which is generous for Ward, maybe its a negotiation tactic to get greater split at 168. Its garbage, but, lets see what weight the fight ends up being made at.
Triple Duck's team is well aware they won't have to fight Ward if they demand 164. They want absolutely nothing to do with Ward.
It's purely a negotiation tactic. Ward isn't going to get GGG to fight at 168 for short money. GGG only moves weight classes for less money for fights where the other guy is more popular than he is. That's the message. It bears repeating: there's not enough money to make this fight at 168 without PPV. Andre isn't taking a paycut, and GGG isn't taking the short end of the purse to fight someone less popular than he already is. As such, I doubt $4 million could get it done, and HBO isn't going to put that much into a non-PPV fight.

Danny is horrible and got lucky on paper vs Matthysse... Matthysse on the other hand is still a top dog and gets respects from the masses unfortunately Danny doesn't because people know the truth
