Not heard of this, as long as it is monitored better than the masters I've no problem. I think it's a good idea for some people to be able to pick these kind of belts up, they don't mean a lot to the people in the business but to the actual fighters they can give a lot of self confidence & assist in ticket selling etc - to the casuals who don't really understand it..
