Well this is it. Quigg has ZERO head movement, no "Plan B" and likes a brawl.

High chance he could get stopped.

I think Martinez is a very live underdog.

I agree. Although I think he's probably been in one too many wars and Quiggs well will be fuller so to speak. As such I expect Quigg in a distance win.

However, as I rate Martinez as a very live underdog, and as I'm always game for a gamble, I'll go for the ban bet. What will we say, a month? 6 weeks? Two months?

I can see Quigg beating Martinez quite handily by stoppage, likely a body shot around the midway point. Think a lot of people underrate Quigg due to his lack of "decent" opposition but I think technically he is very sound. He's got a good defence, very good footwork, vicious body attack and very his shots from body to head very well. Think Kiko is tailor made for him and he's gonna get a pasting.

Good post. Quigg may be too big and too fresh for Kiko.
That said one of these is likely to be stopped alright. Quigg needs the left hook to the body to work for him big-time. Its his key to victory.

    Think Quigg will stop him.

Frampton has given Martinez two beatings, in the second fight he was more relaxed, making space then letting his hands go.

Martinez keeps coming forward and Quigg will be coming in to make a statement, a statement aimed at Frampton. He'll get caught with a few shots, but I see Kiko's constant bombing forward as his undoing the later the fight goes with Quigg stopping him with a body shot.

Toughest fight Quigg has taken to date. If the same Kiko that fought Frampton the second time shows up, I can see Quigg being in for a tough night. I think Kiko is definitely worth a few quid here.

Good ****ysis. Bear in mind though that Kiko is deceptively hard to hit clean with head-shots. That low bobbbing and weaving style, with his head tucked down on his shoulders isnt easy to time and land on. He makes an asset out of his small size.

For Quigg to stop him Scott will be heavily depending on his left hook to the body working.
If Kiko can defuse this weapon of Scotts, he certainly could win, cos he is very strong in other areas,... including having deceptively long arms that can hit you when you think you are safely out of range.

Kiko landed plenty on Carl, and after both fights Carl was quite marked up facially. He could bust Quigg up too.
Also Kiko has a great engine on him, and power too. Tough fight.
