I have a hard time believing the guy who was absolutely destroyed by a 38 year old Mosely, then speed bagged by Pacquiao to the point where he was carried the final rounds out of pity, and lost to Paul Williams, and was behind by 7 rounds to Cotto in their rematch beats Floyd.

 

But Mosely maintained he was innocent Claimed he passed a polygraph proving he was. But the BALCO produced receipts
with Moselys name & signature on them & he was EXPOSED!!

He admitted it in 2007, I'm 100% positive that he did not cheat like Marg did who probably cheated his whole career until his no good cheating ass got caught. If anyone should have been banend it was Marg, Pac punished him rightfully though.

100% might be a slight exaggeration since nothing is ever certain, but the percentage of Mosley juicing in the Marg fight is incredibly low, but I'm sure you Mexicans think otherwise.
