did anybody see the size of that blonde chick interviewing pianeta? pianeta is 6 5. that beech was bigger than him:shock:

Those wild Valkyrie eyes of hers are shining like diamonds. She wants to give the poor boy a pity slam...but I don't know if he's up for it right now, being already half-concussed.

 

Who's my height, well short of six feet (listed 5'11" but maybe a shade less in truth)

Were you impressed with Chaggy tonight IB? Despite his poor physique I thought he performed well tonight.... Might have a run in him if he gets serious and loses the gut....

Round 1

Chagaev is hopping in and out, playing a light game of patty-cake with his right fist coming down from his face in tomahawk fashion to check Pianeta's own soft probing southpaw jab. Chagaev is knife-edging the right out from his face, lightly into Pianeta's guard, forcefully aborting every jab Pianeta attempts, early in the 1st trimester. Chagaev is winding his way in and tapping Pianeta on the forehead with double jabs, keeping the rear hand locked and loaded by his neck but not pulling trigger from mid-range. Pianeta is dancing away from Chagaev, swapping jabs while keeping his chin up in the air but pulled away. BIG clubbing left Chagaev stepping through. Pianeta down hard, then up with some difficulty, transitioning from a kneel to a full rise. Pianeta is doubling and tripling his jab very lightly, bedazzled and intimidated by Chagaev. Pianeta is brushing his stern along the ropes and getting trapped repeatedly, too hesitant and uncertain in his movement, while Chagaev, though slow of foot, has a clear plan of attack. Chagaev has zero respect for Pianeta's blows, willingly stepping into a left upper-hook on the bottom of the jaw in order to score with a hard-thrust right jab on the kisser. Pianeta is walked onto the ropes once more and chopped down with a heavy combination punctuated by a looping left skidding across the upper brow. Pianeta down and quits on all fours with just three seconds before the bell. He is pulled into an embrace by the ref and nuzzles his face into the authority figure's chest like a child that has been picked last at recess once too often, wetting Legland's shirt with his tears.

I had technical difficulties with having multiple browser windows open earlier before I could submit my post with the RBR coverage (such as it was) so just as well Ran gave us a 2nd look with a full replay. I got to be more thorough. :good

 

Pianeta's punch resistance may be the worst in the division.
