PORTABLE SPEED BAG-EZspeedbag, WHO'S SEEN THIS

I'm getting the impression that YOU have no RHYTHMM, so YOU can't hit the speed bag.

Just because YOU can't do it, doesn't mean OTHERS can't do it.

If I'm training somebody, I'm training them how to approach the speed bag just as they would approach any other boxing tool, as if it's an opponent.

If you don't approach a tool as if it's an opponent, then it very well may be useless.

Again, you're reflecting your OWN reality as if it's the ONLY reality.

There are plenty of videos of Hopkins punching a speed bag in correct punching form.

I guess Bernard Hopkins doesn't know **** about boxing.

If he truly wanted to help people, especially considering his speciality, assuming he is what he says he is, he would have created a thread on specific lifts boxers could use to improve their performance.

He has done NO such thing.

I've never wasted my time trying to learn the speed bag. As I've stated multiple times, it's useless.

Nothing to do with being able to use one or not. It's the fact I'm not going to waste my time building a useless skill.

The speed bag is one of the best things to do at the end of your camp to refine your skills and work on your timing.
