I don't think I've ever been more bored by a fighter than "Quigg" as I have managed to miss his entire career yet there are so many posts about him and Frampton. I hope he gets spudded in round one and then maybe it will all just go away
Each is entering unknown territory. Kiko is the best Quigg has faced, and I dont think Kiko has overcome anyone as big, strong, prime etc as Scott. This is tough to call.
Quigg will stop him and look good doing it I reckon... This will be the fight that makes people sit up and notice Quigg!!
Sometimes you don't need to outbox and run from a pressure fighter like martinez. As quigg won't do he will bully him and stop him, they don't like going backwards. Should be a good fight.
Solaris you are universally recognised as the biggest cnut on ESB, but in the interests of fair play......... Len wants to pick the winner, and look like he called it correctly, BUT, he has to also leave the door open in case he gets his real wish, which is to see the Brit and Framptons nemesis beaten. Some peoples agenda is as transparent as new windows.
Wrong again. No I havent. Ive 'consistently' favoured Quigg - albeit slightly. But if he cant get his left hook to the body working, then Kiko is definitely capable of beating him. I do think there will be a decisive winner, either way. Now lets have your synopsis, Einstein.
You are mostly correct. But as for me WANTING to see Scott Quigg lose: Not at all. I want Quigg to win - if only to keep the Frampton fight alive.
Quigg stops him with ease. Martinez is a come forward plodder who was made for Frampton which is why Carl looked so good.
There now - that wasnt so hard, was it? Just bear in mind that Kiko is a bit more than a 'come forward plodder'. He wouldnt be nearly a decade at the top if that was true. He is actually deceptively difficult to deal with. The way he tucks his head low, rolls and weaves, makes it hard to land cleanly with head shots. Also his arms are deceptively long, and he is punishing you with hard punches throughout.
Sort of a Bernard Dunne job? Or more of a Romero beatdown? Could happen. I do think there will de a decisive winner either way. Since both lack Carls skills they will have to slug it out. The bigger Quigg should have the addvantage, but you cant be sure....
