Because we are exposed to your drivel day in, day out. :tired Whenever I wonder about what your opinion on something is, I just have to wonder: "What would be worst for Wladimir?" And lo! I am never surprised by what you type.

:rofl So ... you're counting ALL the punches OLD Foreman throws in a round as "a combination"?

8 punches per round IS sustainable, true.

Dino, you talk a good fight, I will give you that. So much so that I went back and watched OLD Foreman again, in case my memory failed me. :think Here's my honest opinion: NO footwork. NO combinations. He did have a surprisingly quick, hard jab for such an old, fat dude, and I will concede that it was a hurtful punch. A lot of heavies will get bust up by that shot alone. But that's it. There's no way that THIS version of Foreman does well against Wladimir. By comparison Wlad is the Flash.

    :rofl Stop. I'm dying, here.

Damn, so now you're a Mod, as well as a literary critic and bet welcher? :huh You're a versatile guy, Dino

I think prime 20something waldo can eeek out a decision versus 47 year old foreman, but its touch and go. wlad needs to survive to outgass George, and rally late for a SD win against a totally gassed BG.

if they are both near 40, foreman kills him.

Wlad at any moment in this fight could be sent to la la land by any one of Foremans blows. He just does not have the wiskers. This I am sure would weigh heavy on his mind going into the fight. George has the confidence, the chin, the power and most importantly that ram rod jab. I see George breaking up everything Wlad is trying to do by making him fight off his heels. Foremans Jab constantly pushes Wlad backwards as at the same time George barrels forward looking to land a power punch that would end the fight. I believe within 3 rounds one of those shots hits the mark and the fight is either over at that point or over very soon thereafter.

Like Dino I also think old George gets sold short sometimes.
Granted, he did avoid the likes of Lewis, Bowe and for whatever reason, he and Tyson never did square off.

He was painfully slow and ancient. But still, in his very last fight he still managed to beat Briggs. (At least, I think he did)
Not one single fighter managed to push him backwards during his entire second career and he never hit the deck either.
Morrison bounced some huge hooks off his noggin and old George just kept coming.
He made sluggers turn into boxers.

It was also tiring fighting a guy who constantly came forward, pushing the other guy back. His jab remained potent and Holyfield was very impressed with it's power and accuracy. He also said that old George was without doubt the strongest guy he ever fought.
Old and slow he may have been, but George still brought some solid assets to the ring.

Again, I'd favour Wlad heavily. It may be a mismatch but somehow I doubt it. I certainly think he'd give a much better account of himself than the likes of Wach, Mormeck, Pianetta erc.

    ffs man:roll:

You think he fares just slightly better than those absoulte cans and does worse than the likes of Brock , Haye , Povetkin etc.

Brock out boxed Wlad for the first 3-4 rounds and his jab was a massive factor in his success.

Who has Wlad beaten to favour him over Foreman. Who?

Foreman got battered by Alex Stewart and Axel Shulz yet he beats 2007-2012 Wlad?

Loses 118-110 to Glass Jaw Tommy Morrison but beats a 2007-2012 Wlad?

23 legitimate challengers for a world title.

How many title defenses did George win? 5?

Foreman would have blown all of them away and a lot more impressively.

Wlad wouldn't have been a factor in the 90's.

Funny because Wlad was the number 1 contender in the world in 2001 and 2002. So apparently he could be a factor in the 90s.

And was soon gone completely from the top 10 by losing not to the champ - but to a past prime fringe contender of the 90's era:rofl

How could he be a factor in the 90's when shot fighters of the 90's were beating him in the 00's:oops:??

    prime?

wlad didn't get prime, he simply stuck to fighting below the level of shot2shyte 90ss contenders.

hes got slower, weaker, less fit since his physical prime, fights a much higher proportion of weaker fighters and runs MUCH more.

but yup, only on planet Kliturd is a man prime at 37, taking him till middle age to apparently work out how to apply himself to his chosen profession. LOL. damn wlad with feint praise, why don't you.
