You have your pick of ANY sub 200 lb boxer.

Could Anyone be favored against the "Rock"?

Is there more than one? Rank your top 5.

Haye was a choice I did not see coming.

    Hmmm

Yeah, it's not cool to give Haye props in online boxing circles but at his best, he had the size, strength, reach, athleticism, and power to pull it off. Maciano's slow straight-forward style was tailor-made for him.

I wouldn't make Haye a favorite but I would give him a really good chance.

Prime Joe Louis and prime Ali defended the heavyweight title around that weight. Ali fought Cooper in 1966 at 201lb. Ali was under 200lb for his first 15 fights.

A green Ali would have lost to Marciano.

    Holyfield has a good shot.
    Dempsey beats him imo.
Johnson won the title at 192 lbs I think he beats Marciano convincingly.
Louis was 198.75lbs when he took out Schmeling in 1 round, I pick him to beat Marciano.
Tunney has a chance of outboxing him.
Langford is in with a chance.
    So six guys.
Dempsey and Louis stop him. Johnson decisions him . Holyfield is 50/50.Tunney is 40/60 Langford 45/55.

Younger versions of Walcott 40/60 and Charles 40/60.

Ali was not green in 1966. 201lb vs Cooper for the title.

I don't agree Dempsey and Johnson beat him. At best 50-50.

I don't think Walcott was capable of putting on any better of a fight than he did in 52, that was a near peak Walcott that night

Charles of 49 would do better, he has a good chance against Marciano

The only one I favor below 200lb against Marciano is joe Louis

Dempsey and Johnson favored over Marciano? You agree with that?
