Veteran boxing promoter Bob Arum has blasted the injured Manny Pacquiao for missing a planned rehab visit to his doctor and says he has no idea when "Pacman" might return to the ring.

Arum confirmed the Philippines congressman cancelled a planned check-up with his surgeon Neal ElAttrache at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles on July 4.

"Pacquiao was supposed to come over to see the doctor and for some reason he decided to cancel it," Arum told AFP.

"So he`s not acting very professionally."

Just days after he had been due to see the surgeon, Pacquiao instead travelled to Indonesia in a much-publicised trip to film a television advertisement and visit to a Filipina on death row.

Looks Like Pacman cancelled it to go see the woman in deathrow. I just wanna see Pacman 100% fit and ready to go in his next bout.

He should just retire. Does he still have financial issues? I'm assuming that huge payday he got in the Mayweather fight should've taken care of any financial issues/debts he may have had.

There's no point for him to fight again. He has more important things on his plate, like helping to revitalize the economy in his country. If he has presidential aspirations, he should just hang up his gloves for good and make a full time commitment as a politician.

He will comeback and fight Amir Khan or brook and then hopefully a Mayweather rematch, but he needs to stop skipping rehab.

Arum doesn't simply lash out like that and bring up something not many would know about if he didn't bring it up for no reason. Pacquiao might be having other business plans down under and Arum isn't happy about it.

Bob wanted him to take photos in a smaller cast this time.

I really believe that's the plan. Arum wants that passing of the torch match. Crawford would become a star. And more importantly to Arum, a money maker.

Do you have proof, or are you just making that up because you want that to be true?
