A trainer. A gym space with showers etc. A ring. Heavy bags. Gloves and headguards. Medicine *****, skipping ropes, weights etc. Also you probably need all kinds of office-, cleaning- and promotional equipment. If you would contact your country's boxing federation I'm sure they can help you or talk you to your senses.
If it's a garage gym for yourself all you need is a heavy bag, gloves and the complete Rocky collection.
No chance of being a champ. In order to win a title you have to start at the age of 2, any older and you're wasting your time.
Ha ha I was being sarcastic. Had my first fight at 36, so i'm definitely not someone that believes in that logic. I've read that if your mom's already crowning in the delivery room, it's too late for you.
