    Big stadium with 55,000 capacity so plenty to go round.

    Never sold out for the Haye fight so doubt this one will sell out unless the prices are much lower.

    That was one of the few exceptions. I can imagine because the weather sucked and the fight did too. Only most people hadn't expected that last issue.

    I thought that the fight sold a lot more but a lot of people didn't bother turning up

    Wlad can sell out 50k stadiums fighting bums, so unless it was much more expensive for Haye I dont see why it didnt

    I reckon sales will do very well for this fight. Wouldln't be suprised at a sell out.

    The weather was not the reason as the tickets were not selling fast at all a few weeks before the fight.

    Speaking to a few of the Erics at the Reeperbahn the night before, the prices were almost 60% higher than the normal Klitschko ticket prices.

    Yeah, credit where it's due Haye talked his fight up with Klitschko into a "super fight" long before the contracts had even been signed. Haye had people believing he was the new Holyfield or something.
    People bought into it.

    Fury might get the punters in, but he hasn't convinced anyone he's a super star, so a standard price tag.

    The Haye fight was far from sold out. Our tickets actually got upgraded as to make it look busier on the TV.

    Dusseldorf is a smaller arena, but Klitchkos last fight there (Mormeck) also sold badly. There were countless groupons etc. offering seats for 10-15€ in the weeks leading up to the fight.

    Still, I expect a number of Brits to make a trip over for this one, and with the exchange rate in our favour I'm going to take a guess at Tiered seats costing 50-200€

    Like the Haye fight, you suspect there will be a premium put on the tickets, as it is a Brit on the other side of the ring. So it might be worth sitting on your hands until nearer the fight.
